Security Contract

Every three years, BOMA/Chicago negotiates directly with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 1, as the collective bargaining agent for our members that choose to join our bargaining unit. The current labor agreement covering security professionals represented by Local 1 is in effect from April 29, 2019 through April 30, 2022.

Signed contracts for the agreement, a summary of changes in the agreement, and the signatory form necessary to become a member of the bargaining unit are available for BOMA/Chicago members in the Resources section below.
