Building Engineers Contract

Every three years, BOMA/Chicago negotiates directly with the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE), Local 399 (AFL-CIO) as the collective bargaining agent for our members that choose to join our bargaining unit. The current labor agreements covering operating engineers represented by Local 399 is in effect from September 7, 2020 through May 14, 2023.
